Chemist2U - Pharmacy Delivery

I have found this service to be highly unreliable on multiple occasions. In the first instance, I was disappointed to have been advertised same day delivery medication only to be contacted and told it wasn’t possible. Then in the second instance, the pharmacy withheld my medication and asked me to pick it up in-person, despite me having paid a delivery fee. Then when I tried to contact Chemist2U (during business hours) I was greeted with an automated message informing me that they were not accepting phone calls. While I appreciate the staff did their best to try and resolve each issue, after a number of back to back issues, it’s been a case of ‘fool me once..’ If you’re paying a premium for an online service for convenience, it should be a frictionless experience. There shouldn’t be back and forth phone calls, being handballed between the intermediaries and the pharmacies, waiting on hold etc.

I love this service especially when you have no way to get your essential, fast delivery, wonderful customer service also.. I’d recommend to anyone thanks

I use a medication that can be difficult to source - for that reason I have used easily a half dozen different online pharmacies - the customer service of Chemist2U is heads and shoulders above the rest. You get quick replies seven days a week, any issues are rectified and they’re so easy to deal with and kind. Highly recommend. This will be only online chemist I use going forward.
