The Teachers Health app is such a user-friendly easy app to use. It's a real stand out - most apps are so frustrating but this one is a pleasure to use! Hoorah!

Very easy to use. Only takes seconds to use a pdf receipt or snap a photo and upload. Instant response from THF via email. Easy to keep records. Clear update information. Could not be better.

My husband and I are both members, but he is the main policy holder so only he can use the app. Despite promising to fix this for more than seven months, the app still only allows access for the main policy holder. The old app allowed both of us to use and manage our policy, so this is a serious step backwards. There are also a range of other issues - passwords not being recognised even when saved by iPhone, and biometrics randomly disappearing despite using the latest version. Most importantly, as a woman I should be able to manage my own health insurance independently of my husband. It feels incredibly retrograde of Teachers Federation. Given the premium increases members are about to face, the least they could do is ensure the app actually works properly for all policy holders.
