The AI chat is really slick when it comes to answering most of my questions but what I find most impressive is the supportiveness of the live advocacy team. Just recently had a claim denied for my daughter’s asthma equipment due to an incorrect carrier routing (sent to their medical arm vs pharmacy) and in the past, I would have ignorantly accepted this outcome. Decided to screenshot the denied claim and ask the Nava team to go to work. They unearthed that insight and are guiding me step by step to get it reprocessed. Got similar level of concierge support when navigating a denial of eligibility for life insurance earlier this year. Would be lost without them!

This app is a fantastic, user-friendly solution for managing your healthcare needs. With this app, I no longer have to log into four different carrier apps or websites to find doctors and look up my plan information. Everything I need is conveniently consolidated in one place, making the process much more efficient and stress-free. Additionally, you can talk to Nava representatives directly through the app to help with any questions, providing excellent support and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

I was reluctant to have yet another app to track things. But this one surprised me because of how useful it was. I had my ID card when I needed it, deductible data for me, and the best part being able to search for a provider in my network, that was actually in my network and would be covered by my plan.
