Unable to log in to the app after registering on the website. App asks for email address while website asks for User ID. App says login information is unrecognized.
I can’t even get past the invitation part. I keep sending myself an invitation but I haven’t received anything. I don’t understand why the login info isn’t the same as the website.
Saved me SO much time and worry when I was so sick I couldn't get out of bed with a UTI and was promptly assisted by an online physician thanks to my insurance, (Maryland Physician's Care - Medicaid.) I STRONGLY recommend this app for you and your family!
