It’s a good app but it doesn’t allow me to use the account settings that I want. It just constantly says loading and then doesn’t do anything else after that which forces me to close to app.

Some of the app is pretty good, it shows upcoming appointments and breakdowns of their over charged bills. Face ID and PIN for easy logins are both broken. Also many functions in the app take you to a web browser instead of handling in app. Once the bugs get worked out it could be good. You'd think with the amount of money they charge for their services their app would at least work right.

I recently downloaded this app, I logged into the app with no problem, then I asked would I like to use the Face ID from within the app and this is where I get the spinning wheel going nowhere. I attempted to contact their tech support and I was told that it was my phone and not the app that is having the problem. Yet I’m able to use Face ID on numerous other apps with no issues whatsoever. Fix the problem and not the blame and you might get a few more stars.
