for what possible reason would i need a qibla pointer on my banking app?? every smartphone has a compass that works without any internet. whoever thought of including a qibla pointer in a banking app should be fired.

I’ve been facing the same unresolved issue with the MyPrime app since May 2024. I’m unable to pay my credit card bill through the app due to a persistent error. Despite following all troubleshooting steps (uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, etc.) and repeatedly contacting customer support, nothing has been done. I even informed Prime Bank that I’d be traveling abroad and needed this fixed before June 9. It’s now July, and I’m stuck overseas, unable to make payments. No proper updates, no escalation — just poor service and zero accountability. This app has caused serious inconvenience and risks to my financial standing. Extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this app until they take customer concerns seriously and improve their technical support.

The MyPrime app delivers an incredibly smooth and seamless experience. It's impressive how many useful services have been integrated into one platform, making it super convenient to manage different banking tasks in one place. However, it would be even better if they added more options for utility bill payments and included a feature to download payment receipts or invoices as PDFs. Overall, a great app with a lot of potential for even more improvements!
