I like this app. Pretty simple, easy to use. But I believe this app will be better with notifications. When we send and receive any payments we don’t receive notifications. Also we don’t see endorsement amount in the app. I had to call service center for how much dollars I have left. These parts can be improved. FaceID and TouchID authentication would be a nice feature.

This app is a scam. I was trying to recharge my mobile, they showed connection error. Then I tried again and the same error was shown. Then I exited the app and few mins later I got 2 withdrawal text from the bank. The money was deducted from my account but I didn’t receive any money on my phone. It’s not the first time that it happened with me, it happened many times before. I never approached them for this little amount of money but they’re doing this dirty thing again and again. When the money got deducted and it showing in payment history then why I didn’t receive the money and why didn’t I get the confirmation email from the bank?

When making any transfer whether to mobile or bank, the skin becomes white after providing the pin and hide the keyboard to proceed next. The skin gets blank. I can only go back and start over then same thing happens. Can you please provide a fix? Can’t transfer money to anywhere. Also the app UI a bit confusing. Whether a field is editable or not and where to tap on the screen to write text on a text field. Even the agent was struggling in front of me with the UI.
