In recent days, I have frequently encountered issues, including a disappointing error message stating, ‘Sonali e-Wallet cannot connect to the server. Please check your internet connection and try again.’ To enhance the user interface and user experience, it is essential to improve and add beneficial features globally. Currently, the fund transfer features are segmented; for example, NPSB and BFTN are treated as separate features. A unified transfer feature would streamline the process, allowing users to select the transfer mode when initiating a transaction. Additionally, incorporating bank account details when saving a beneficiary would eliminate the need to re-enter this information for each transaction. These improvements are crucial for making the system more efficient and user-friendly.

I updated the app and now I can't sign in to my account. Even I can't see sign in option. I click to open the app and within seconds it close automatically. Older version worked well on my phone.

It’s okay for primary uses. But for better service you have to improve or upgrade in some area of this apps. Like: mini statements, account balance checking, money deposit. Above areas are need to upgrade your system as like easy & smooth.
