Super disappointed! Could not even get past the OTP to see the app. Takes a lot of time after OTP input and shows error every time I tried - Says bad gateway or other errors every time I input the OTP. I uninstalled and reinstalled few times, still no luck. Moreover, in some trials I heard photo capture sound while typing the OTP and the picture gets changed automatically. The image capture does not really work which I feel like is an unnecessary feature. First need to at least fix the basic app features then perhaps extra features could be added. 🥲

Why is there still no support for face id? And the app is really buggy, doesn't always show latest data. And the OTP feature is garbage. While doing a transaction if the app hangs and you tap twice it will do 2 transactions. There should be better safeguards for a banking app. really disappointed.

The app is very buggy and no word for the user experience. Bank Asia made this app through a cheap development agency or something they did a terrible job. Sometimes you can login and sometimes you don’t. The OTP is fake sometimes. You can use the same OTP in a single session and it works! No confirmation on a action I accidentally sent money twice and the app screen is stuck. I got the SMS but what’s the use now? The interface is broken at every part. I hope Bank Asia improves and works with a qualified developer/agency to improve their technical issues.
