As the Managing Partner of Nahian Corporation and a CLS agent of Pubali Bank PLC, I have found the PI Banking app to be a highly efficient and dependable digital banking solution. The app offers a smooth interface, fast transaction processing, and all essential banking services in one place. From fund transfers to account monitoring, everything is easy and fast. It significantly reduces the need for physical branch visits, which is very helpful for both business and personal use. The security features are also well implemented, ensuring safe transactions. Overall, PI Banking is a great initiative by Pubali Bank toward modern digital banking in Bangladesh. Highly recommended for customers who want convenience, speed, and reliability in their banking experience.
The overall experience with this banking app remains below average. While it manages to perform basic banking functions, the user experience feels uncomfortable and needs significant improvement. The OTP system is unreliable, with email OTPs often arriving after a 3–4 minute delay, which creates frustration, delays transactions, and reduces user confidence in the app’s security flow. The UI/UX design is a major concern. The interface is not visually appealing and feels outdated. The fonts are overly congested, making screens feel crowded and difficult to read, especially for important financial information. On top of that, the intense use of green color feels aggravated and overwhelming, which creates visual fatigue instead of a calm, professional banking experience. A banking app should feel clean, minimal, and reassuring—but this design feels cluttered and stressful. Another serious usability issue appears during fund transfers. After completing a transaction, the app does not display the receiver’s name on the success screen, which creates confusion and uncertainty about whether the money was sent to the correct recipient. This can easily lead to user mistakes and trust issues. Overall, with improvements in OTP reliability, cleaner UI design, better typography, balanced color usage, and clearer transaction confirmations, this app could become much more user-friendly. In its current form, it feels functional but uncomfortable to use, leading to a disappointing experience.
I’ve been using the Pubali Bank PI Banking App for several months now, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, even for users who aren’t very tech-savvy. All essential services—like fund transfers, mobile top-ups, balance checks, utility bill payments, and mini statements—are just a few taps away. I especially appreciate how quickly transactions are processed and how securely the app handles sensitive data. The biometric login feature adds an extra layer of security and convenience. Customer support through the app is also prompt and helpful. It’s clear that Pubali Bank is investing in digital innovation to enhance customer experience. This app has made my everyday banking much easier, and I rarely need to visit a branch anymore.
