The only real value in this app is having quick access to your ID card which can be done without the app if you have a photo or access to files from your phone. Other than that it’s pretty useless since I can’t navigate through all claims. Don’t waste storage space on your phone for this app. Just use desktop.
With any other app I can use face recognition. With this app any time I need to do anything, I have to manually log in with a user name and a password I can’t remember. Even my banking app uses face recognition.
If you’re making a mobile app, don’t make it impossible to view PDFs when I want to read my statements. Having to download and save them to my phone is not mobile friendly. I want to be able to view my statements and close them. Helpful to see my card and have ezpay in there but won’t be using the app if I can’t do everything on my phone.
