I’ve been using PrimeCentral since my employer switched our benefits plan. The app itself is fine, but it would be much more convenient if I were able to refill my medications without having to log onto the website portal each time. I personally do not use the price-checking feature, so the app is really only useful to see my ID card and claims.

As someone who dreads the healthcare system and skeptical of everything…This is the first and only medical app I will keep coming back to. This feels like a tool that gives the “power” back to me the patient. While sitting with my doctor I can see, live time, if the drug he is recommending is on the formulary and alternative generics and pharmacies that save me so much money. Before this app I felt reactive and at the mercy of the system, now I feel empowered and in control.
