First of all, this is a great app but I think it has tech issues that need to be worked out. The history of your workout weights is great, the water tracking, the timers, they’re all great. However the app is super glitchy in a regular basis. Often times, I can’t go back to the previous page or can’t touch go for the workout to start and have to close and restart the app often. Also, it kicked me out of the app in the middle of my workout program and I could t get in for a week and a half and fell behind on my workout challenge. The team was no help and just told me to desert my password which I did. They told me they will look into and I never heard any ring back. They were quick to cancel my subscription which was appreciated though. I eventually just re-bought the subscription again and the app started working.
I like the app and found it useful, which is why I initially signed up. However, I intended to choose the monthly plan, but accidentally selected the annual plan and was charged the full amount upfront—something I didn’t expect. When I reached out to support, I was told the charge was non-refundable and would only be applied as a credit toward future use. While I appreciate the app’s features, the lack of flexibility in billing and refund policies is frustrating—especially since many apps today offer more understanding in situations like this. I hope the developers consider making the subscription options and billing process more flexible.
Where do I begin?! I’ve tried many times to start my fitness journey, and could never find the right program for me! As a c-section mama with DR, most workout programs had too challenging of ab workouts for me and I was only making my DR worse!🤦🏻♀️Scrolling through Tiktok one day I came across Zaria // guidedfitmama and my whole life changed 🎉🙌🏻 Not only has her workout program changed my body completely, but the app itself is one of the best I’ve downloaded — and that says a lot 🤣😅 It’s super user friendly and has everything I need to stay on track and motivated. I love that although the programs are all pre-loaded with the suggested reps/weights, it’s fully customizable to what you do during your workout! It’s sooo easy to track everything and even has features to show you what weight you’ve previously used. There’s weekly meal plans available and a monthly calendar that marks off your workouts as you go. This app and Zaria together ?! A dream team 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🫶🏻🔥 Also, did I mention she does 12 week challenges where you can win cash prizes?🤑🤑 If I haven’t convinced you yet then you aren’t ready to change your life!!
