Horrible app
I feel bad that I cannot give it 0 starts!! It doesn’t let you see reviews, a trainer’s schedule, or pretty much any information about them. Maybe I need to buy a subscription / sessions first, and if that was done intentionally, that honestly makes the experience even worse

Great App/Great Gym!
I was at the concourse village location and the managers there helped sign me up for the app. The app is great and I haven’t had any issues since downloading and logging in. My PT Roberto at CVW is amazing and the managers Skylar, Wilfred and Lorena are always there to support! Love this app and my gym! Can’t wait for the new machines and other upgrades!!!

Horrible. Terrible app. Terrible company
Literally everything Pure has done since taking over Blink has made things worse. Having two apps is just stupid. This app logs me out every after almost every use. Added to the pain, is that I have to do a several step workflow after every workout. How do you corporate idiots think it’s a good idea to shift the burden to the customer after every session just so you can micromanage your trainers? It’s like you asked ChatGPT do the cliff notes summary of McKinsey consulting worst practices and applied them to this gym.
