Cannot book on app
I’m not sure what the point of having this app is. You can’t book on it, then when you’re directed to the website to book you need to create a new profile. Like your app log in doesn’t work for the website & they don’t recognize the email you used on the app either. Then, when you book on the website, it doesn’t show up on the app. They seriously need to get it together.

So stupid
This is a great concept. A place to sleep and clean up before or after a long flight or during a layover. One problem… the app books your reservation in the time zone you are in when you make it. Yes, that’s right, if you are in Hawaii flying to Atlanta and book a suite for 6 AM, it will book you at 6 Hawaii time so when you arrive your reservation will be long over with. Nowhere on the app does it say anything about time zones. No refunds. SO. STUPID.

What a difference 2 years makes!!! They are great
I fly into Charlotte and I have to say that in the post-Covid era, this is a sweet little getaway (for an hour before your flight.). I almost don’t want to post this because it may attract more users but compliments go to those who deserve it…
