Are used to have this device that used this app, and it worked mostly fine. However, we recently moved, and when I tried to install it at our new house, my phone and the device refused to connect with each other. If someone from customer service would help pit that would be awesome. Until I get it working, it’s gotta be 1-star from me.

Everything used to work pretty good until you did the last update. Now I can’t get it to connect when I am away from home.

I wish the app had access iCloud to send the recordings instead of having to get a SIM card. I would like to know how to delete the recording remotely as it’s not letting me do it in the app. Is it possible to delete remotely? If so, how? This is very concealed and no one is the wiser that is dual use. Yay! Sound is good. Has a little tiny hum when music isn’t on and Bluetooth is activated. Tips: ready the directions carefully and it will setup with you’re own Wi-Fi. You have to connect to their Wi-Fi port first and then yours. That’s a bit confusing yet it worked. You can not listen to music and watch live. If you go to have a look live, music will turn off. Play around with the recording times. 15 seconds is good for me.
