Meritain Health CDHP FSA

Like all the other comments are stating, when logging into the website it recognizes me and allows me in just fine. However, when I try to do the same thing on the app it states I’m not recognized. This isn’t user error. Strange to state in the app’s description as “no hassle for insurance” when the login is broken lol

I can login to the website just fine. The app, however, will not let you login. I too have talked to support. Resetting password does nothing. Uninstall/reinstall of the app does nothing. Come on Aetna, either let us login to the Aetna app knowing this Meritain is a spin off company, or get this app fixed. Very poor!

I tried to log into this app for 2 years always says the password is wrong logged Into website with same credentials without an issues Why build app that doesn’t work I called them multiple times keep telling me to reset the password well did that 19 times still can’t but works on the web just fine In the end I was told to use the browser if that’s the case fix the app or take it down
