First, the whole idea of meal prep is lost on me. It doesn’t offer any help on how or what to prep for various meals. It just indicates I should eat some dinner 3 days in a row. Ok, do I cook it all at once? Do I make 3 little meals and cook one each day? I don’t need an app for that if that’s the whole deal. I cannot delete list items I don’t need. Sure, I guess I could just check them off, but does that alter some other tracking? I don’t know. It’s also impossible to add items to the shopping list. It just doesn’t work. Period. This app is light on documentation and offers no insight into what the developers’ intended workflow is. It is not intuitive. I’m shelving it for now, pending revisions. As is, I do not expect to get much use from it.
The app is a bit difficult to navigate…you just have to click around until you find what you are looking for. But, it’s worthless as there is no way to save your height/weight. You move it to where your numbers are and that’s about all…it goes back to its original numbers. Deleted.
Unsure as I am not able to adjust my goal weight and I would love to utilize the app in it’s entirety correctly!
