Massis Kabob

I used to order by calling in now I just use the Massis App to order delivery. It’s the same price as in store - I also use it when I’m shopping at the Westfield in Topanga I use the ASAP button and it’s ready when I show up.

I tried this app after using their website through a few different browsers. It would not recognize my password which I had just created. Then the site would not allow me to purchase. So, I downloaded this app when I got to the counter, thinking that it would be better. Nope. No matter how many times I entered my credit card and checked it carefully, it would not allow me to pay. This is some of the worst user experience design and functionality I have ever seen. Their food is great, but the app and website are horrible.

Great food! I really enjoy going here and the food is always great. So far no bad experience what’s so ever. I will continue eating here until I get tired of it. The app is great but I would like to see the rewards scan be accessible in the wallet app. So we won’t have to be accessing the app just to get it scanned. Other than that the app works smoothly.
