**update** I got an email back from the company and they solved a problem on their end so I could add a credit card. They then followed up with me again to be sure all was well. Super impressed with their prompt customer service! I assumed I’d never hear from them and would just have to be sad. :D ******* Great app, intuitive and easy to use. Except it won’t allow me to process payment, so I can’t actually use it. Several family members have tried the app over a few days and none of us can get the payment to work. It just says “credit card details invalid’. Note: they don’t take Amex, so we tried another payment method when we figured that out. I reached out to the company, but we’ll see if they get back to me. :( Frustrating for such a good app.

So I ordered via the mobile app 3 times and I haven't gotten a single loyalty mark showing up, so I had to ask one of the managers in-store. Told me that I had to check and confirm my email, and I never got that either, so she had to compensate me with a physical card. If that doesn't work, then I should uninstall the app and see if I still get anything, which didn't happen either. Main point, can there be a button for resending confirmation emails at the very least? Or something similar to fix that problem? The app is pretty easy to use and so is the payment part, so I really wish something is done about it :(

I wanted to invite my cousins for a boba night and ordered 6 orders from this app. I ordered at around 9:30-9:40 p.m. and was getting regular updates of the drinks getting prepared, when the delivery person got them, and when it was arriving. When it was said to arrive, I went outside my gate to get it and was confused as I saw no car outside. I checked the app again and it said my order was delivered. I checked the “Track Order” option and it said it arrived at 8:03 p.m.?? I did not even order it at that time. I called the store and the lady was very nice and explained to me what I should do but her instructions weren’t what I can do. I did have an Uber eats but since I got a new phone, I haven’t been able to sign it to my account, so I can’t see any recent orders (already checked) so I can’t even put “Order Not Delivered”. So yeah just got duped $38 and honestly just disappointed with this app given this is my first impression to it. Never ordering from here again.
