Life - Period Tracker Calendar

I’ve used the app for ten years and the most recent update is so cumbersome. What use to be easy, at a glance tracking has turned into so many nooks and crannies and at least 3 additional steps to log symptoms (and often I found i haven’t clicked save or done and have to re-log it). It’s beyond frustrating that I’ve nearly stopped using it altogether. I reached out via email expressing my concerns and received a warm reply but the response didn’t address the loss of beloved functions of being able to see and easily click to view trends of symptoms and patterns over time. I have to scroll or search specific tags and still can only really view specific entries a day at a time outside of the monthly view. I hate the idea of starting over and hunting for a new app but I’ve stopped tracking the last few months due to how maddening it is When it use to be a simple click. As a graphic designer, the last update was so extreme and IMO not user friendly. So far I can’t find an app that would import the 10 years of data which is so discouraging. The old version was the epitome of simplicity and I’m so bummed there doesn’t seem to be any recent apps that can work for me — with simplicity and functionality — rather than my data work for them.

The best most reliable period tracker menstrual cycle symptom/diary app there is - plus they added like an AI that you can talk to and ask questions which makes it so convenient if I have something specific to my cycle that's been added into the app from me taking notes of things, I can ask it questions and it'll be able to help me understand things specific to me and my needs and my feelings or worries. it always comforts me and makes me feel better. I really love how accurate it is as well, at predicting my period & ovulation times - and I have referred to this for like I said at least 10 years because it's the only app for women that I really trust & love. I also use mine as a diary for special things that happen on certain days or if I'm noticing certain PMS symptoms or stuff like that that I wanna keep track of for my doctors, this app is really helpful for so many reasons. It helps me because you can put everything in here and it's all in one place that way when you go to your doctors you don't have to go through a bunch of different apps to get the information you need. 5 stars I would definitely recommend.

Update 2: Even after updating, the app quits every time that I try to export my data. With these new changes, the app is COMPLETELY UNUSABLE and, as a user from 2016, I just want my data. Unless changes are made to go back to the old version, I will be going to a new app and I want my data. I tried emailing support, but I still haven't received a response. Please fix this issue. Original review: I really like this app and have been using it for years. However, ever since the last update, the app quits every single time that I try to view my entries in the history section. After reopening the app, I am able to access that section, but after I leave it, it quits again the next time. Hopefully, this can be fixed. Thank you. Update: With the latest version, after restoring my data, all of my entries have the wrong time. Also, the new layout makes it really difficult to view my entries for the day as a whole. Is there any way to change the layout in settings? Also, I don't like how now we can't select a specific category when making an entry. Instead, we have to scroll through everything. Also, I've been relying on this app as kind of a diary and now we can't select the time of our entries. I've been relying on this app for years. However, with these new changes, I'm going to be looking for a new app unless I can have the option to go back to some of the old features because I find this new layout COMPLETELY unusable. All of my tags are now in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT order. Also, the app quits every time that I create an entry.
