This app is great it kinda predicts when my period comes like a 50/50 chance because sometimes it comes true or not. This app also gives you knowledge but the menstrual cycle that I didn’t know about before which it’s great but sometimes I wish this app could give out some advice or tips on how to deal with your monthly menstrual cycles.
It helps me keep track of my monthly periods. It is pretty right about what my body is doing. I got this to help me know when my next time is. Plus, to see if I am slowing down. I am premenopausal, so having this app, will help me remember when I have had my period. This app helped me not too long ago, when a Doctor asked me when my last monthly flow was.
