First let me state that I’m a real person not a bot. I saw this advertised and FB and of course you always wonder if something is a sham! I took my chances and I’m super happy to say this was the best part of our event! The Photo Booth arrived a couple days before our party and setting it up wasn’t bad at all- I watched the video a few times! I must say that having 4x6 pictures was much better than the old fashioned strips you usually get at a Photo Booth. We didn’t even use all the paper and ink that was supplied to us, so I just returned it along with the unit. I absolutely highly recommend KRUU and will be using them again!

Great photo booth, made excellent photos. Easy to put together, set up ahead of time was nice. Options are limited if you get the basic plan. Only problem i had was customer service, i made a typo and we could not fix it no matter what we did. Could not get anyone to understand the issue. I will say i was contacted after the event and they were very nice when i explained the mistake was mine but nothing could be done to fix it. It was a misspelled word, 1000% my fault so i suggest having someone double check you before submitting your design!

Everyone at my wedding loved this Photo Booth. The take away photos and ease of set up and returns. Customer service was fantastic and quick response times when I did have questions. Definitely recommend this booth in comparison to others! And the premium package was more than enough film for our 200 guest wedding! The price is right!!
