The most difficult and unresponsive company to deal with, I am dreading if I have an issue or need to contact you for anything. I wanted to purchase an item, but wanted advice before going ahead. Was told by tech services that I needed to contact Kogan store, I did that and was told it was a tech question. So far no good. Eventually ordered my item, was then contacted by Kogan store customer service, was assured that as soon as my item arrived and I let them know, she would call me to assist with set up. I let them know the day it arrived, waited a week, got no phone call, sorted the set up myself. Another week went by and I got an email asking if they could assist me, too late. I paid for Kogan First membership to supposedly give great service and special deals such as free delivery, so far I have not received any free delivery so that will not be renewed either. Very disappointed, I have bought numerous items from Kogan, probably never will again

I ordered an item this Christmas as a present for my partner from kogan, and of course I did not receive it. The BIGGEST problem with this order was kogan was selling the item to me where they did not even have a stock for it, yes you heard me right no stock for it and yet o paid for something not knowing it’s not gonna get delivered. I am using the app to track and as everything seemed just fine with legit shipment status being created but the of course no parcel was revived by the courier company. I spoke to the courier services to make sure of my parcel to be delivered on time and found out the truth behind the whole scheme. So kogan never really deployed my item on the first place (because there were no stock to begin with) later when I got in touch with kogan customer care through emails they disregarded the fact that the item was ever picked up by the courier service and asked me to wait till a certain date, by now it’s been 7 days passed the delivery date and nada, later customer care service gets back to me saying “their experienced freight is going to handle my delivery” ALL LIES, that never ended up happening. All in all I get final messages for taking refund and a mere apology. Sadly it is almost too late for me to find the wishful present for my partner anymore. Thank you so very much for your assistance Kogan. 10/10 will never recommend!

Absolutely no stress with Kogan, even with everyone else mucking around I stopped buying online but I ended up giving Kogan a go & I am only sorry I didn’t shop with them sooner. They ship when they say, no delay & arrives on time. I cannot recommend them any higher! Now I have done my second purchase & still will not buy anything else online as the stress & not getting on time but Kogan not only have amazing deals & great prices all round they are a breath of fresh air for those of us in Metro Melbourne & again no excuses they are not letting us down like most businesses at present. Thank you Kogan!! I will be doing lots more shopping with you in the future.
