Unlimited Biking

Bit touchy with the speeding up. Also would have been good to have a map for directions in the app. Good customer service with problems.

Ride was incredible and beautiful. Bikes performed nicely. Difficult to rent however customer service was helpful.

The service works fine, but when I returned the bike the system did not register that the bike was back in the charger. But the unlimited biking charger did lock the bike into the charger and I could not remove it. I ended up getting charged for four and a half hours all but two of them the bike was locked in their charger. I contacted customer support and no response 24 hours later.
