Amigo Tours

Amigo tours is a horrible business. Had to book through them because of a Go City pass I got for Madrid. They cancelled a tour to the Spanish Royal Palace that I sign up for, changing the date to a time that I would no longer be in the country. Only after complaining to them did they agree to ‘release’ the activity and allow me to choose something else in the Go City app. Then when I missed the time for the tour to the Reina Sophia museum because something came up, they refused to give me any refund citing that I needed to reach out we hours before (even though they did the same). They cited their terms and conditions but still that’s some greedy capitalist BS. They should at least offer a partial refund. They literally did less work and kept their entire take. Not recognizing that things happen. I ended up having to purchase another ticket to go to the Reina Sophia.

Fue sencillamente espectacular, volvería a tomar más tours con ustedes en el futuro o mis próximas vacaciones, realmente fue una experiencia maravillosa e inolvidable, gracias
