I especially like that it’s been quick to set up and edit ongoing reimbursement, even with photos of the necessary documentation. Everything is faster on the app than on my laptop.

I’m very happy with this app and I feel it is truly amazing! I have been using it for the past 5 years and I realize the folks behind it are reliable and efficient. Get this app. It’s easy to use and makes getting your supporting documents in for approval super easy. I can not say enough good things about the HRA customer service folks. They are patient, kind, and helpful every time. I have had a disputed charge (a fraudulent bill that I payed with my HRA card), a charge that was disputed by HRA as not being a covered device and several charges that I lacked documentation on. HRA Veba’s customer service has gone above and beyond to assist me on each and every one of these.
