Put in password from my online account. Doesn’t work. Tried to contact BPAS on their form for phone call back to me. Doesn’t work.
They make it way more difficult and annoying to file claims than is necessary
In general a pain to use. If I had a choice I would use a different service. Avoid if you can.

I can access my VEBA and my FSA accounts with ease. I can submit my claims with ease and I get a check for reimbursement within a couple weeks. You can see what claims have been paid. If they need more documentation for a claim, you can easily submit a picture.

Bpas does its best to not give you your money back. They put as many hoops in front of you as possible. This app keeps that level of reputation in customer service secure. It conveniently fails to open, recognize passwords or file a claim.
It a brilliant business plan actually.... run away from this app and put your money somewhere else safe.
