I guess I finally got the block and had to switch to the new app. First impressions: its really dark, like uncomfortable to read dark. I wouldn't mind having to change to a new app if it looked similar. I have WECU as my other bank and before the new app I actually preferred WSECU's app. It was easy to access all your accounts, view summaries, and now it resembles WECU's but in some of the worst ways... less readable and there are a lot of tabs. I find it messy and unpleasant. Would love a light mode

I never write reviews but this app is so awful, it’s finally gotten me to write one. I don’t understand the push to move to this app when it was not ready to be released. The visibility is poor and navigating to other pages is difficult for no reason. It is not user friendly and navigating is not based on common sense, you just have to keep clicking on things until you eventually get to the right page. There are constant bugs, that they claim to have fixed but everyone is still having issues with. The biggest for me is that it won’t let me do mobile deposit. They said that this bug was fixed but it is still an issue and I keep getting error messages saying that mobile deposit is not available. Sometimes I can get it to work, other times I’ll just keep getting the error message. That should not be a regular occurrence, but it is. The closest branch to me is across town, making it difficult to deposit in-person and this is now messing with my ability to pay my bills. I never had a problem with the other app so why force everyone to move to such a terrible platform when there wasn’t anything wrong with the old one? I really hope they take everyone’s feedback and spend some time to improve all of these issues, otherwise I may be moving to a different bank.

I’m so frustrated with this new app. I never had any problems with the old one, but last week after depositing three checks in a row I tried to deposit a fourth and after entering all the info and taking the photos, the app told me mobile deposit was not available for my account and to call the 800 number. I’m an independent contractor and am paid by check. This is the #1 thing I use mobile banking for. It continues to give me the same message for several days. I went into my branch and they couldn’t solve it. Today I spent 39 minutes calling the 800 number and deleting and reinstalling the app and eventually they deleted me and reinstalled me from their end and it seems to work now but only after a serious amount of frustration.
