I’ve been trying to deposit a check but it kept saying it doesn’t recognize the front of the check or can tell that I’m clearly marking the back for endorsement. Ive tried marking the back bigger on where it says x to mark the endorsement and writing deposit for HAPO but your app isn’t resigning it. It’s really frustrating.

Phenomenal app when it’s functional. Been using it for years and it’s always been great for tracking my account, paying my credit card bill and cashing checks.
Nowadays though, I am more often than not running into a pop up that says “Application Error-We are unable to display your information at this time” whenever I try to transfer money to an account, pay my credit card bill, or even login. This is very frustrating as I live out of state currently and cannot go to a HAPO location in Tri Cities.
Please fix soon or I’m afraid I may have to switch to a more local credit union in Texas, which I really don’t want to do. I love being with HAPO!

I can check balances make transfers and all the basic stuff. On their webpage HAPO has stuff for categorizing and budget monitoring stuff you may need, but that doesn't really translate to their app.
BECU has a better app that includes the budgeting functions, but I have been having issues with certain institutions syncing. HAPO had broken that sync in an app update a few years back, but a couple loan services had the same problem.
Dont expect this to replace Intuit, but it does what it needs to. I guess that is good enough.
