The app has improved, but still isn’t intuitive enough. It should walk one through each required field, field by field, to ensure everything is properly completed in order to be able to submit for reimbursements. I completely skipped over the date field at the top without realizing it and also missed one other field when completing information for submission. It is fine to be allowed to jump over a field (by mistake), just asked for it to be completed before being allowed to submit. My experience involved the app defaulting back to the start screen and starting over completely. This happened because I went into a sub-screen and selected an option, did didn’t realize I hadn’t “saved it”. That’s when it kicked me out and I had to restart the entire process. Overall, it’s a very good app. This is the first time I’ve used it since the update, so I’m sure it will go more smoothly now than I know better about what to expect. It’s a big improvement from previous releases in its simplicity and user interface. Nicely done. I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars (but can’t give 1/2 stars).

Thanks for developing this easy to use app. It helps so much as we can scan the receipts right after we make a purchase so we are not trying to find all receipts at the end of the year to submit them. So much easier this way! Thank you!

I appreciate the convenience of being able to enter submissions at the Dr office or wherever I'm at when I get a receipt. I'm not the best at staying on top of things so this app really helps. One Star lost because it doesn't allow you to respond on a denial but it's more like a half star because you can call them and they're great at fixing stuff and very pleasant. Just a note that when entering an office visit copay the categories are super confusing. Why don't you have an office visit option for copays.
