On the surface the app is well done. It is easy to book appointments and select doctors. The icon for ‘contact your doctor’ doesn’t work. Well it appears to let you send messages to your doctor or ask them to call you, but the request are not sent to the doctor. I complained to different doctors that they did not reply to my messages. They all said the same think, ‘ we don’t get them. We do not know where they go, but they don’t get forwarded to us’ . :(. Major FAILURE!

This is a good App for a first time attempt that collates your personal medical information. However, there are some obvious problems that need to be addressed to make it less “clunky” and more seamless by removing redundant steps/keystrokes, as follows: 1. Why is Blood Pressure Systolic / Diastolic shown reversed? This could not have been checked by a medical professional for such an obvious mistake. 2. Syncing data from the Apple Watch fails. Only at the end of a long period of waiting, an error message pops up suggesting a Server error. 3. The intro to Apple Watch suggests only version 4 is supported, while the product releases are already at version 6. Keeping the App up to date appears to be a challenge. 4. There is no clear way of booking for a Comprehensive Medical Checkup. 5. When you logon with FaceID, there is still a requirement for an SMS or WhatsApp message. Unless it is the first time setup, this kind of defeats the objective of FaceID. 6. Why is there there no permission step regarding personal and sensitive data sharing. These are personal records that can only be used by the Doctors being consulted. There needs to be a statement assuring the user that all data will be kept confidential at all times, and that the data cannot be used by others without specific permission I.e. if HMG wish to do anonymised reporting for research etc. The data belongs to the individual, it does not belong to HMG. Keep at it guys to avoid falling behind the technology and services curve.

The app is well done , giving it 4 stars because when I wanted to view the scan images it said to change the language to en-US , I can’t find the option to change it and I don’t understand the reason to change it to see scan images please advise !
