This is just frustrating. During my ultrasound, I asked if I can have a copy or take pictures/videos. Normally this is not an issue with other hospitals but the technician said it is not allowed and I will have access to the images after thru the app.
It has been a week now and I can’t still view anything on the app which is upsetting and infuriating because we want to show it to our family and use it to announce our pregnancy.
Up to now I still can’t view the images. I am not going back to OB there because of this inconvenience.
