It’s very professional to have such an application because it’s keeping the patient and their family up to date about any new information. It’s very easy and fast to reach the report if you want to print and the picture of xray if you want to look at. I wish all KSA hospitals had this kind of service.

It’s a very good app overall, but has a major downside, which is that accessing it requires going through Nafath. This is a bothersome step that makes logging-in cumbersome and frustrating. I hope they get rid of it, or use facial recognition as a step to bypass this authentication step (after doing it for the first time).
Additionally, they need to send app notifications for upcoming lab tests. People tend to forget about lab tests prior to their appointments and they don’t get SMS reminders for lab test the way the get them for imaging and clinic appointments.

I was suprised on how advanced this app was. It sends out alerts, updates of my appointments, status for example tells me when i checked in, when i saw the doctor, which counter to go to in the pharmacy. It also shows my results in details for both laboratory and radiology. Great great app.

- Appointments, This feature enables you to view your own and your dependent, upcoming appointments Postpone or cancel existing appointments
- Medical Conditions, View a list of Diagnosis and Complaints as obtained from the electronic health record
- Medications, View a list of their current and inactive medications, request prescription renewals.
- Health Maintenance, View a list of procedures or immunizations recommended for you based on age, gender and medical history.
- Immunization, View a list of immunizations either taken or recommended for you based on age, gender and medical history
- Laboratory Tests, View details of any future or completed laboratory tests and procedure results
- Radiology, View reports of all completed Radiology exams and procedure.
