UPDATE: Go Go Gold responded to this review stating that freezing or lag “will not affect the actual rewards” and that “no rewards will be lost.” Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I have had multiple bonus rounds freeze or go to a black screen. After restarting the game, those bonus rounds did not recover and my balance did not update with the missing rewards. I estimate that more than 4,000 Sweeps Coins have been affected. I have already followed the developer’s own instructions and contacted support multiple times through the channels they list. I have emailed the support address from my registered email, used the “store review” keyword, provided my User ID, and repeatedly contacted the in-game support chat. The in-game support is presented as live/24-7 customer service, but in my experience it has repeatedly provided generic or automated-style responses without giving me a case number, a meaningful update, a timeframe for resolution, or direct contact with someone who can actually investigate the missing bonus rounds. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I am asking Go Go Gold to review the gameplay/server logs and restore or credit any bonus rewards their records show were interrupted. I will gladly update this review again if Go Go Gold provides a meaningful investigation and resolves the issue.

I just did my first redemption just to test it out and see if it worked and I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did I get my money, but it hit my PayPal almost instantly! I won this off of the little daily coins that they give you and I think in the past, I’ve only ever deposited $5 of my own money.. I should also note that they give you a few different “freebies” if you actually pay attention and take the time to get familiar with their app. I say this because in the past, I just assumed the only free coins you could get were from the daily log in but a day or 2 ago, I decided to check their app out a little further and I racked up a decent enough amount to be able to just set the auto spin for a round of ten spins and that’s actually how I won today! I felt I had to come over to the app store and give them a 5 star review now that I have completed a redemption and I can safely say that this casino is legit! By the way, I am a real human person AND I reside in New York State. If you live here too and you’re into playing online casino’s, then you also understand what a big deal this is. I won’t list them here though because this review is about GoGoGold and I’m not leaving this review to steer other people away from them.
