When I first DL I won off what they gave me and immediately cashed out. The first redemption took awhile. However, since it takes a day up to 3 days. I love that you can see your history of everything. PLENTY of games!! They also have different scheduled jackpots in multiple forms. I got a random hourly jackpot wasn’t anything huge but still thought that was nice. Then there’s the one you opt in to and every so often their jackpot that looks like Plinko can give you a nice size SC bonus. So after months of trying to get help cashing out $500, they would never help and finally took my money out of my account. So please save yourself the trouble and don’t download and do not play bc this company is pure scum, they will steal your money and they will smile doing it. And if you search you will see that there are many, many pending lawsuits against them. They are pure disgusting scum. I’m just gonna edit my updates in at the top. Now it’s been 5 weeks and everyday I email them and everyday they tel me the same thing, we will forward your info to the appropriate team and they will reach out to you in 24-48 hours. Still havnt had the appropriate team reach out to me. While you are spending money, you won’t have any problems at all, once you press that redeem button, that’s when the scams and con artistry comes out. They will keep replying to you but they will not fix anything and def won’t help you redeem money. I’ve got $500 sitting in my account that I can’t get bc they keep playing dumb. This is a company of con artist and scammers. It’s very easy to make purchases on this app, but I put in for a payout and still trying to get paid. I’ve been on other sites and apps and have always been able to redeem funds within 24 hours. If and when I finally get paid I will come back and edit this review but as of right now, be careful. I just wanted to give an update. It’s been 2 weeks and everyday I chat with support and I get the same answer every single time, We will push your issue further along to the appropriate team and get this fixed. Still hasn’t been fixed. All I’m trying to do is upload a few documents for verification and there not allowing me to do that. I understand having problems occasionally on apps and sites, but the way and speed in which that company resolves your problem will show you exactly what kind of business they are. Needless to say this has been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any business online or in person.

So I have not had a problem with this app until just recently. I won $3500 over a month ago and after that here comes the issues. So I’m paying to get coins and with the coins comes 25 free spins. The thing is I never got the free spins. I let it go a few times and then I was like wait I’m not getting my spins with this. I contact them and of course the favorite line goes we will get back with you in 24-48 hours which went weeks. I had to send them proof of me paying and where I was to get the spins. One representative told me that they see where I didn’t get the spins well last week they put $10 on my account! I had a total of 18 purchases that the spins went with and all you gave me was $10? I contacted them again and I was told that it was worth 50 spins. Ok where is the rest of it at? Now they got to check back again. Today I just get an email stating that they determined that I used my spins! That’s a lie! If I used my spins I wouldn’t be complaining especially after I was still winning here and there. Just be careful if you are purchasing the coins with the free spins because you may not get them! I just want this fixed ASAP!
