If you’re looking for a new sports betting app and you come across a promotional bonus from Onyx, please don’t do what I did and get sucked into the massive scam and subsequent lack of customer service. The game crashes and doesn’t return the money to you when it crashes. If you reach out to support they push the fault on you, then they suspend access to mini games. Which is fine cause the whole problem is the app crashing, so I would not feel safe reloading money to begin with, but the fact that their resolution is to suspend access and push fault rather than address the problem is comical. Stick with Fanduel, Draftkings, and MGM. Onyx is just a money grab at this point lol. Play your little bonus and UNINSTALL! I have several screenshots from emails of their “support” team pushing blame and limiting access to mini games proving their bias and selective access to certain users. Borderline discriminatory business practices. User beware!!

Just downloaded this app today and went to finish verifying my account. The first time it told me Socure SDK was still initializing and to wait a moment. After several moments and minutes of waiting I figured something was frozen so I exited out the app. I went back to the verification page and this time it told me that “We could not validate your account at this time. Please contact support.” Annoying - but I went to their help desk and explained the issue. I got an almost immediate email back from what I presume in an AI customer support bot named “Angel” - telling me that they couldn’t verify my account or give me any further details “at this time.” I explained that I could provide a government issued ID and they probably have old information - and almost immediately got another email back saying the same thing. So I emailed them back asking to escalate it to someone who isn’t just copying and pasting generic replies - that I was going to leave a bad review. They basically took all my data and left me with only F2P option with their fake coins. Extremely frustrated and annoyed.
