Hero Rush: Invoker

The game is very fun. It has some p2w which is okay because it eventually opens up server vs server events and whales bring the whole server victory. Now for the criticism.. The game SERIOUSLY needs some additional upgrades, such as: •adding friends •more things to do throughout the day •more freedom in character customization •better UI

I did invest time and money in this server and the game looks nice, but you always queue into these whales that destroy your game experience, and to make things worse they merge servers all the time so even if you make a character on a new server you will eventually merge and be bullied in all events by whales. Pretty disappointing experience and waste of money and time. To make things worse there is no clear support information: been looking for hours on how to contact their support team. There is no in game channel or email anywhere. Facebook and Discord also don’t have a dedicated support channel. There is no friend list in game or possibility for private chat between players. The game has potential but is ruined by whales and devs, many people quit it, so my advice is don’t waste time and money on it.

I’ve been playing since came out my character is ranked #4 and 5 on everything I did spend little money but forever reason I logged on today to find my account gone character name is OXYANA I binded with apple and Facebook and still I can’t find my account anywhere I’m really unhappy about this
