The daily structured exercises are constructed so well. It’s very user friendly for any experience level. I’m practicing these exorcises to be prepared for 4 major surgeries in 2026. The stronger and more balanced ( mind and body) I get, the quicker my recovery time could be. The traditional music that accompanies the exorcizes is greatly appreciated. The person actually doing the exercises helps with understanding for and functioning

I’m 72 years old and has a stroke a year ago. And I’ve been looking for a way to stretch that is gentle enough while being vigorous enough. And this tai chi exercise with this particular tai chi workout is just right. I look forward to it as opposed to feeling like it’s just work. Thank you to whoever designed this so carefully and so.

There are a good variety of exercises but the videos go pretty fast—probably too fast for allot of older folks. When the excercizes involve, for instance, repeatedly jumping and switching feet while simultaneously performing arm movements, it would be very easy to lose your balance, fall and hurt yourself. If you use this app, I would strongly suggest you not try to go as fast as the videos show. Also, isn't Tai chi supposed to be very slow anyway? Why is everything so rushed??
