Tai Chi Beginners Seniors app

I just joined and I'm not able to hear sound, I sent a message for help using the contact us feature for help but no one has replied yet - I have access to the e-book which seems to be easy to read, black letters white background, - I see the beginning of a video but it is silent however my phone speakers are on and their video appears to have the speaker on the on position - what I don't like is that for one price at the beginning, I joined however , when I try to use the features from the app new charges appeared, so I prefer to be told how much the whole price is instead of trying to add prices every time I try to use the app to its fullest.

I started taking Tai Chi from a 3rd degree black belt but didn’t get to finish. This is easier for Mr to learn from without getting frustrated. I paid to unlock the lessons but still get annoying ads that I have to click the “x” or “Skip” which breaks the train of thought when learning. I would have given this a 5 star if it wasn’t for the ads and it would help to have a final session where you go through the forms from start to finish to show the flow and how it flows from one form to the next.

There are no exercises in this app. The map does not show you Tai Chi places near you. The $4.99 I paid does not allow me to download any book. Restore Purchases did not work. Hard to believe this isn’t a scam. Am waiting to hear from support.... Appreciate Yosef’s very prompt reply. For that I changed rating.
