Wellcare Spendables & Rewards

I am new to WellCare since (July 2026)and I have had numerous problems since installing it. I continuously have to delete the app and reapply it in order for it to work. I am often told that my password is not correct. It is very hard to get it up and running once you get to the store and need to scan items. It is actually very frustrating. I’m grateful for the Wellcare program. I’m grateful for the blessing of the additional funds each month, but very frustrated with the app! I rarely shop online at WellCare because the prices are just too expensive!

This spendables OTC card used to work wonderful without even having to go thru this hell of downloading and creating an account that only gives you a white screen! I used to be able to order all my items, including food items thru the walmart app for delivery by just adding my spendables account # as part of my payment method. As of this year, Walmart declined this card as payment for on line orders, so can only use by going to store. Since I have no transportation to get to the store, I called the Spendables Phone #, which btw took days b4 i could even reach a representative. I was told that if i downloaded the app and created an account, I would be able to order from Walmart on line again. I have just wasted 4 hrs trying to get app to work and all i get is that white screen! This has got to be the worst app ever created!

Just downloaded the app. After signing in there’s a huge bar at the top of the screen that says “WellCare Spendables & Rewards.” This bar limits the visibility of wherever small text may be under it, and it will not go away. I cannot get rid of it no matter what I do. Not even restarting that app got rid of it. Thought surprisingly, everything else seems to be working fine for me. Just PLEASE fix that issue!!
