ASleep: Tracker and Relax

The tracking is good but I do NOT want to wake up to any preset music, sounds or poems, just peace and quiet. It should be an easier way to just turn everything off! I do not need or want any noise to sleep nor do I want noise when I wake up. I write this long review because I just slept at least close to my goal but these noises set me in a bad enough mood to discontinue. I had a previous App that made it very easy to turn off any noise and only collect sleep data.

I absolutely love this app!!! From the sleep sounds to the recorder. This app helped me sleep so much better and have better sleeping habits.

As a person with lots of anxiety and have hard time sleeping at night I found this one of the best apps to help me fall asleep , it’s not just rain sounds and your done no it tracks sleep patterns and also lets you create your own sounds and also asmr there’s not many apps that have an all in one bundle like this one also helps clear your mind for studying
