Winona Women's Community

I’ve been on HRT through Winona for around 2 months now. I was experiencing many symptoms related to perimenopause. I am beginning to feel so much better now. The App is great with lots of information from Winona & also other women in the community sharing their journey. A great place to ask questions and to feel like you’re not alone.

I’m just starting my first week of the protocol and although I’m a bit nervous, I will say that the responsiveness of my physician and the thorough intake questionnaire has me healing confident. I’m grateful to have access to messaging with a real physician throughout this process. I had a friend that did Inner Balance and she said when she messaged on their platform, it was an AI response. Looking forward to this new journey!

So thankful to have found this community and all the support it offers. I’ve only been taking the prescribed medications for just over a week and I am already beginning to feel like my old self again. Beyond grateful to have my life back and the energy and enthusiasm to enjoy every day 💛
