This app has got me crying, I am so relieved that I dont feel alone anymore and that I am NOT going crazy. Im 45 and going through perimenopause for the last 6 years. My doctor was very dismissive and said I was too young. I had more fights with my partner, because I was just not feeling well and he wasnt very supportive. It is a very isolating time and you feel left alone and abandoned. This app gives me a new sense of belonging. All ladies in here are so supportive, share their experiences and tips.
