The content is thoughtful, the experience is relaxing, and it helps me slow down, breathe, and refocus whenever I need it. What sets this app apart is how genuine and effective it is. I’ve tried many wellness and mindfulness apps over the years, but this one is in a class of its own. I thought that this app would combine nature scapes along with the nature sounds but it doesn’t. You have to choose one or the other. Also, only two out of the six nature scapes were operational with the others stating they would be “available soon “. It definitely don’t want to spend $60 per year on this.
