Forest Bathing Life

Really nicely laid out course and easy to use app. The structure of course and the app were logical, sequential, and user-friendly. I took this course in “real time” along with a group of other participants, with the app as a guide each week for discovering and exploring the art of forest bathing. But It could easily be used on one’s own, completed at your own pace, because the materials within the app guide you beautifully. The strength, gentleness, and clarity of Duncan’a teaching comes through clearly in the videos and audio recordings embedded in the app. I would highly recommend you take this course if you are looking to deepen your connection to nature, and learn more about yourself through the process. It has helped me enter nature and the outdoors as someone who is more curious, open, and aware.

I am so grateful to create more roots into nature. Duncan was an amazing and authentic guide who helped me tap deeper into the senses to take on all the glory nature gives. I learned a lot about my own relationship and reciprocity with nature and myself within the web of life and death. It couldn’t have come at a better time as nature grounded me during all these changes with the pandemic. I love the way I got to connect to others who also share love for nature. It was deep and intimate despite it being an app.

I just completed a 6-week course on the Forest Bathing Life app and I’m excited to subscribe to the rest of the content. With the help of this app, I’ve finally been able to develop a consistent practice for engaging with the natural world. Each practice has left me feeling calm, grounded, and centered and this has had a positive effect on all other aspects of my life.
