Madrona Meditation

This is a really special meditation app! I love the way it looks and the IFS integration is really cool and unique. I was pretty new to meditation and totally new to IFS and with Rakhel as my guide I feel totally taken care of and gently guided to more inner knowledge. I’m excited to explore more of the courses.

This app has been incredibly helpful for me. I've downloaded nearly every meditation app and this feels completely new and different. Madrona truly addresses the issues that are stressing me out or bothering me - it's like I'm finding the therapy inside of me, this inner understanding that helps me sort through it all! I can't recommend this app enough! It's really changing the way I approach what bothers me.

I have a lot of clients learning mindfulness and soothing practices for the first time. I love that I can offer Madrona as a helpful app between our sessions to practice these key skills. The app is easy to get around and the meditations are not religious or too intellectual. You can tell the teachers and therapists are warm, experienced, and relatable, sharing their vulnerability.
