This app is so simple. Can pay rent, view and sign documents, or submit maintenance requests with ease. Also keeps you updated with community information, events and much more! Makes our living experience here even better!

Fairly easy to describe or record a voice memo of the issue and attach photos. The rest is up to the maintenance team to fully understand the problem and fix it the first time. Sometimes better categories and sub-categories would help. But so far the response to the requests has been pretty quick.

First of all I have all the respect in the world as to hard incredibly hard it is to run any apartment complex, especially in this day and time. That being said, after living here for five years now what I don’t understand is why there are some tenants that are being allowed to violate rules in the lease agreement to the detriment of other tenants. We are told that if you see something, say something but yet there are times when the issues are not addressed. The communication could be a lot better.
