Jim is super helpful and thorough in his work! My blinds have been broken over a year, the former maintenance guy came almost every month to give it a quick fix but never solved the problem. Jim fixed it and explained to me everything from what the parts do and why it’s broken! He is so knowledgeable, extremely professional, and always so happy to help!! Thank you Jim!

I love being able to control door, lights, and heat/ac remotely. Even better is ability to create work order for our superb maintenance guys. I just wish there was a feature to let us know when we have packages at the office. That would really be helpful.

Fairly easy to describe or record a voice memo of the issue and attach photos. The rest is up to the maintenance team to fully understand the problem and fix it the first time. Sometimes better categories and sub-categories would help. But so far the response to the requests has been pretty quick.
