This is the type of company that gives you a tiny 13-gallon trashcan to use for their trash service with a long list of unnecessary rules, then they will not consistently show up for their scheduled trash pickup dates even though the app says they will, and then they will leave a note on your door and refuse trash pickup because trash is piling up and won’t fit in the tiny trashcan they provide, and then they will bill you for the trash service and expect full payment.

The concepts of this app is great. It is supposed to show me when the people are here to pick up my garbage, but it never does. I don’t know if that is because the collectors do not sign in when they arrive at my building or if the app simply does not work but every day even during trash collection times it says that my collection has not yet started. It sends me notifications multiple times of day, but there is nothing to notify me about because it’s not time for my collection and there are no messages. Similarly to the app, the concept of the service is great. I don’t want to carry my trash down four flights of stairs and across the large parking lot to the dumpster, but the trash collectors are given discretion to choose which bags they take and do not take and often tear a hole in a bag of trash and then say that they will not take it because it has a hole in it. They often miss entire floors of a building or simply choose not to come one day and give a lame excuse for choosing not to come to work, a recent excuse was “it’s raining”. The next day I received an email from my apartment community that literally said “sorry they did not pick up trash last night because of the rain.”

The app crashes upon opening and is entirely unusable and broken. The service is unreliable, I have put my trash in the can provided and closed the lid to keep bugs out, and it frequently gets missed if I do so, even picking up a bag next to the full can. So I get to have flies near my front door, or days old trash stinking near my front door. The times are inconsistent with trash being picked up as early as 8pm and as late as after midnight. Services frequently get canceled for the night before my complex is reached. Workers seem to have the ability to arbitrarily decide not to pick up the trash and leave notes with untrue reasons (claimed waste was not double bagged, claimed a bag was leaking that wasn't, claimed a bag was torn) would not recommend the service or the app
