I have a hard time sticking to a workout plan because I get bored or don’t have enough time, but with MFY, I’ve not gotten bored since the workouts are different every day (but also target some of the same muscle groups throughout the week very sneakily) and I always finish up in 30 minutes or less. I can fluctuate my weights and speed as I feel it for each day. I am familiar with modifications, but if I were a beginner, I would want to see a modification for some harder moves (I.e., push ups on toes vs push up on knees). Overall, I’ve been super happy with how easy the workouts are to incorporate into a busy mom life schedule!
This app is so amazing and I’m so proud of my cousins hard work into making this happen!! the workout is different each week and they also have a program for beginners which is definitely me!! keep up the hard work Teammoveforyou
I absolutely love this app! The preplanned weekly workouts are a total game-changer for my routine. Each workout is only 30 minutes, which makes it super easy to fit into my day even when traveling, and I love that I can scale the intensity depending on how I’m feeling—whether I want to take it easy or really push myself. The movement descriptions are clear and easy to follow, and having a quick video demo for each one takes out any guesswork. It feels like having a coach right there with me. What really keeps me coming back, even on my worst days, is the social aspect. Knowing others are doing the same workouts and cheering each other on gives me that extra boost of motivation. This app has seriously transformed the way I approach fitness—highly recommend!
